10th October 2009 - My help

Where do I go when I'm feeling down
Who do I call when friends aren't around
I look to the lifter of my head
Jesus my Saviour Lord and Friend

He will not suffer my foot to be moved
The One who keeps me will watch over you
Trust in the Lord believe have faith
Lift up your voice to Him and say

I will lift up mine eyes to the hills
From whence cometh my help
My help cometh from the Lord
Which made heaven and earth

My help cometh from the Lord

10th October 2009 - God is my refuge and strength

Psalm 46:1-3
God is our refuge and strength,an ever-present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. Selah

神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。
所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心，
其中的水雖匉訇翻騰，山雖因海漲而戰抖，我們也不害怕。（細拉）
